Return & Refund Policy
If you need to return an item(s), please review our Return Policy below and submit an online Return Merchandise Authorization Request (RMA).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All discounted, sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit only.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without this number will be discarded and not be credited. The easiest way to request an RMA number is by completing our easy online Return Authorization Request. Once you've received your RMA number, products must be returned within 10 days.
You may also email us at email@example.com to request an RMA number. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.
IMPORTANT: Products returned without an RMA number will be discarded and will not be credited. We will not be responsible or attempt locating any package arrived without an RMA. To receive a refund or a store credit, items must be shipped within 10 days from the date an RMA Number and shipping instructions were provided by Chaos Headwear.

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and send the item(s) back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day, Next-Day and any other special shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Once your return is received, Chaos Headwear will issue a credit to the method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued.
If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please use the Return Merchandise Authorization Request (RMA) or email us ASAP at email@example.com You must provide photos and any other supporting information to make your claim, within the first 24 hours after the delivery. If you fail to report to Chaos Headwear within this time window, we will not be able to accept your claim and arrange for the item to be replaced promptly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to fill our the Return Merchandise Authorization Request (RMA) , and make a separate purchase for the new item.
