Thank you for shopping with Chaos Headwear.

If you need to return an item, you can now request a return directly through your account — no forms, no emails required.


How to Request a Return

Returns are easy and self-serve:

  1. Log in to your account using the same email used at checkout

  2. Go to your order history and select the order

  3. Click “Request return” beside the item(s) you'd like to return

  4. Follow the on-screen steps

You’ll receive confirmation once your return is approved, along with instructions and a return label if applicable.


Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • After 30 days, the return option will no longer be available in your account


Final Sale Items

All discounted, sale, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated


Returns Without Approval

Returns must be submitted through your account. Items received without a return request will not be accepted or credited.


Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Log in and request a return within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include a note and upload photos during the return request

We are unable to process claims reported after 24 hours.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply request a return and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest service and product availability.
